Stress Analysis is showing Body Failure

I was using the Stress analysis function on a concrete step with rebar in it and it is showing the body has failed. I applied the stress onto the concrete, which has rebars going through it. I have provided a screenshot of the failure and the orthographic/isometric associated with the step.

Concrete is not isotropic.

Inventor FEA is limited to isotropic material properties.

I suspect that you have other issues with your setup that are not material related.

Hello,

How do I simulate isotropic materials (ie. Concrete) ? Is there a specific Autodesk program or CAD software that does that?

Thanks

You need a program that will analyze orthotropic materials.

Also there is s tremendous range of variabilities for concrete materials.

And, I suspect that you are analyzing for the fracture point.

I have no experience in this area.

Are you a student?

Is this a school project or is it a work project?
