All,

I am trying to run a stress analysis on a wastewater treatment vessel, and keep running into memeory issues. See attached screenshot. I am running win-xp pro-32 bit SP3, with a Pentium 4 processor, NVIDIA Quadro FX 580 vid card. Can anyone recommend anything to reslove this issue or let me know what I need to upgrade to utilize Inventors FEA.

Hi soggy,

my first advice would be to split the part in half to reduce the amount of memory needed. Your vessels seems to be symetric so it would be easy for you to supress half of it (cut along the Y-Axis) and us a frictionless constraint on the cutting edge.
