stitch failed , can't make one solid body

currently , I tried to make one solid body for aluminum RIB boat . However , I  meet a problem which I can't solve by myself . So, I have file from rhino then export to inventor  , and try to make solid and repair in inventor for simulation CFD . but the last stitch-surfaces can't make to solid even thought I have fixed the model , I don't know what the problem exactly , after I repair and heal the error. .

The file I include , please check , I really need advice and need the file to be one solid

There are a lot of issues in the model.

Can you export an IGES and a STEP file from Rhino.

The geometry does not make logical sense.

For example the back is infinitely thin surface.  This cannot exist in the real world - it should have been modeled with some thickness.

The floatation tubes along the side are also infinitely thin (and missing end caps).

You could Thicken and trim up these surfaces (rather than Stitch) to match the real world - but it will take some real world effort.  No magical Easy Button.

many thanks to JDMather , What you said it's right. the model isn't make sense in real world. I try to fix and make better for the model in 3d
