Spline Tool Labels Goofed Up in Inventor Design Accelerators

Good afternoon!  I short while back, I ran into an issue with a client and the labels for the Spline tool not displaying properly.  As you can see in the image below, they all show up with just the "%x%" labels.  I tried to manipulate the XML files in the design data, but that didn't seem to do any good.  I eventually just made screenshots of the tools from my computer, which was working perfectly, and that got him going.  However, for the life of me, I cannot figure out why the labels are goofed up.  Does anyone have any ideas on what can be done to fix them?  I believe this was a new install, so we could run a reinstall, but I'd like to explore other avenues first.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.  Hope all is well and have a most blessed day!

Hi! This sounds like that the component names are corrupted somehow. Is this English Inventor on English Windows? Does he have any language pack?

Hi Pete, 

Could you please help to check below information under your Design Data folder? Thanks.  

• Inv_Splines.cfg.res.xml is under C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor {Release year}\Design Data\Design Accelerator\en-US\Tables\SplinesInv. Is it still there? If yes, please back up it to other folder, then copy attach one to local. Restart Inventor application, check it works or not.
