Hello we have vault replica server in our country, and one of our team having main server, we have created some of library folders for custom screws with custom information,
some of folders are not showing properly our team can use it but the team from other country is not able to use it, Here is snap from them, they see its blank, and cant open it,

I don't understand what is wrong, also I don't want to delete and re create all the folder and publish again the work, let me know if there is any option to solve this without deleting or recreating,
