Solid Body from Revit to Sheet Metal

I cannot convert this body to sheet metal. It is not giving me correct flat pattern. 

What is the way to correct this?

1-you need to fix it so that it has consistent material thickness across the part..

The 2 top flanges do not have a radius.. hence it doesn't have consistent thickness..

2-and its also modeled as 2.000957801 mm thick material..

3-Its also modeled cuts not being normal to the material,etc...

So basically.. Its crap 

That part is not capable of working as modeled..

Just redo it in Inventor using that model as reference..

Hi! Brian is right. There are quite a few issues in the part. The part as is cannot be flattened correctly. Please take a look at the attached part. There are other ways to do it. Attached is just an example.

Good use of offset surfaces/delete face/thicken... Johnson.. 

I never use those tools in Inventor so its cool to see how they can be used to fix something like that so easily..
