Sketch Pattern not working

Sketch Driven Pattern command not working. I have clicked numerous times and cannot get the ok button to enable. Instructions are hard to understand. All the other Patterning commands work fine though. What am I doing wrong?

(I don't understand the purpose of the WorkPoint and don't see a sketch to drive the pattern).

Sketch driven pattern means, a pattern is not restricted to a rectangualr or circular one, but you also can draw a sketch including irregularly arranged points and the pattern of a feature is driven by this points.

Hi! I suspect it is the coil geometry not properly boolean with the hole faces. Try making the coil profile bigger to make a clean cut. It should work. Please share the file here so forum experts can take a look.
