Also, the little clock on the wall next to it says 3'Oclock, which works for me : )

Seems to be this:
"When you create a task, you can also use the Add Time Stamp to Log File Name button to add a time stamp to the log file and create a log file each time you run a task. If you schedule a task for a later time, the link to the log file in the report window does not appear until the task runs."
