Hi,

How do i make the Sculpt feature in the model smaller by 0.001 so it is not touching any of the walls on the inside of the plastic container? [shrink sculpt feature by 0.001]

Select your three surfaces (the two boundary patches "lids", plus the offset surface) and "Stitch" to form a solid out of those. Then direct edit to scale:
3D Model (tab) > Modify (panel) > Direct (edit) > Scale, using different scales to measure the end result until it matches closest to your desired 0.001 (I am not sure you can scale to match that measure perfectly otherwise).

Turn off visibility of Solid1

Then use thicken. You can window select everything by dragging a box around it.

Turn visibility of solid1 back on
