Shoulder bolt connection

Is it possible to have different washer size designations for the same bolted connection? I'm trying to place a shoulder bolt in my assembly to serve as an axle for a small wheel. the shoulder diameter is 3/4" and the thread diameter is 5/8". The software recognizes this connection as a 5/8" connection universally, and does not allow you to set one side as a 3/4" washer. Can this be edited or changed?

You can get this effect by inserting all parts from CC one by one.

Hi!
The bolt connection is basically a sub-assembly with content center elements.
After creating the Bolt connections, select the washer and select "change size".
