Shell of freeform and feature

Hi, I have a problem at the time of creating a shell for the form. I want a unified shell for all the solid, but the shell command acts as for two bodies.

I tried also to delete the surfaces and trimming the sketch, but nothing happened.

Maybe I haven't explained clearly.
That is the problem, I have only one body, but the shell is made on two
different ones. It doesn't create a unified shell for all the body.

What happened to the Revolve feature and the Mirror feature shown in your original image?

Hi Luis,

I think I know what you are after. The file you attached is an earlier version than the one you took the snapshot. You added a Revolve feature to the Freeform body. But, the Revolve feature created a disjoint lump.

This is very simple to fix. Just edit the sketch for the Revolve feature and create another profile that overlap the Freeform body so that there is a clean intersection.

Another way to solve it is to create a Revolve Surface instead. Then use Sculpt command to merge the geometry to the Freeform solid body.

Many thanks!

The problem fixed when I overlapped the Freeform with a clear intersection.

Thank you very much!!
