Sheet Metal Nesting

Hello all,

Short question on this one, and I may be on the wrong forum, but all help would be great.

Simple question about TruNest Sheet metal manufacturing nesting optimization application. The page on the AD web site talks about post processing for CNC operations, that would mean it must output N & G code, am I correct in this assumption?

Yes, each type of machine will require specific code commands for the functions. We use Esab equipment and there are specific commands for gas and plasma operations as well as commands that are operator specific allowing the machine operator to select either gas cutting or plasma.
