Shaded Drawing View - shading disconnected from outlines

Hello Everyone

I have noticed a glitch in shaded drawing views that occurs periodically.

The shading seems to be disconnected from the outlines. If I grab & drag the drawing view it will update and display normally, likewise if I double click the drawing view and exit again without changing anything.
Sometimes it can occur on only one page in a multi drawing set, without checking through all of them there is no way to tell. I cannot reliably reproduce this issue. Has anyone seen this behaviour before? And Any ideas as to what causes it.

Could this be a hardware/graphic issue? or a setting or workflow?

The closest thread I could find on this issue is https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/shaded-view-on-print-are-shown-wrong/td-p/6964475 but not sure if it is the same problem.

@william  Yes stuff like that is posted about/reported quite often..

Typically a very good idea to ensure you are using the latest graphics card driver from the card manufacturers site and stay up to date with them.. Beyond that good luck 😉

Hi! It looks like a view port or graphics corruption issue. Open the model file and do Rebuild All. Or, right-click on the drawing view -> Make View Raster. Then repeat the step ->Make View Precise.

It could be graphics driver related. Please make sure all critical Windows updates are installed and graphics driver is updated.

Many thanks!
