Setting dimensions to ISO default

How do I set AI2018 to ISO measurements?  Help doesn't - the styles editor doesn't match the one described.  Dimensions remain stubbornly Imperial.

Create a new part file. Open up Document Settings (in Tools tab). In there you should see the standards you want to follow.

To make the changes permanent and accessible for the follow up parts - save the part to the Template folder.

You can open a part file with the Standard(MM).ipt and the dimensions should all be ISO, or you can change this in preferences by going to document settings, units and changing the various units as you want.

Hi! I guess the files you created are based on default Imperial standard for English version. You can easily change the template standard by doing the following. Go to Tools -> Application Options -> File -> Configure Default Template -> select the mm measurements -> Ok. All the default standard templates will be changed to mm based.

For existing Imperial based files, you will need to go to Tools -> Document Settings -> Unit to make the same change.
