Hey, so I'm messing around with this design and I know it isn't designed great but I based it off an old file and its giving me all kinds of problems.
1. It says self-intersecting loops as an issue when I try to extrude the outer body but I get this error. I can't find any issues looking along the outside line.
2. I just ran into a problem where I can't get the solid extrude to work even for the circles in the middle or slots, it only lets me do surface extrude and only one at a time.
File is attached, please let me know if it doesn't open.
Edit the sketch and select the sketch doctor command, diagnostic all the condition and then you find a bunch of problems for the sketch, please heal each problem before extrusion.
