Seeking Recommendations on best exporting Sheet Metal IPT to Trumpf TruTops Boost

When modeling parts intended for laser cut & etching, we used to use extruded features for text & linework. It sucked but it worked. Now with the Mark feature, we've been using that. There are drawbacks presently as it doesn't export to STP and other file types in a 3D model. (Note: We're still on version 2024.3)

I'm working with a long time supplier for all our laser cutting and etching who says the files we send are lacking the 'mark' lines when imported into Trumpf TruTops Boost software. The DWG, when opened in AutoCAD Mechanical, looks fine.

Does anyone have a suggestion on the best file type and method of exporting Sheet Metal IPT file (flat pattern, ideally, with or without bends) for use in Trumpf TruTops Boost such that it will not lose the MARK feature linework (consisting of text and sketch geometry)

Export of marking edges to step format was added in one of the latest versions.
Please update the program to be able to use the edges for engraving.

We ended up discovering that TruTops Boost opens IPT files just fine, and so far all their bend calculations and all required geometry comes through fine. For anyone that finds this thread, and sending native files is permissible in your context; that may be your answer.
