Scissor Table Dynamic Simulation

Hoping someone can guide me in the right direction as to what I need to do to be able to run a dynamic simulation on my model.

Hi @Anonymous,

1. Go to tab environments

2. Choose Dynamic Simulation

3. The joints should be made automatically (Simulation settings)

4. Apply a force (In this case on the hole and the direction of the piston)

5. Define Gravity (RMB on the apple in the browser)

6. Press simulation player and hit enter.

Then start playing around with the amount of force or whatever you want to do.

Use Output Grapher to find forces and positions in certain positions.

I hope this is a start up.

Regards,

Tobias
