Saving my FEA model

Hi,

I'm doinf a FEA on a smaller construction. I had to do a cut out on one of the sheet metal parts. In the normal Assembly, it all looks normal, but when I enter my simulation, it looks all twisted...

Must be an issue regarding the bonds???
