Save Parts custom list with column formatting

I have created custom Parts and Material Lists, no problem, but I need to format the column properties.

There is a post on the Forum which deals with this, but only through the styles editor, and I cannot find in the styles editor where you can format and save the values in the columns.

I have attached a screenshot of the values I want to edit for now, but once I know how to change these, the principle will will obviously apply to any column.
