Save As Prompt on New Part creation

I have Inventor 2019.1.2.  When I create a new part, I am immediately prompted to Save As.  This has just started happening and I cannot find where the setting is to stop this.  Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.

Procedure I'm following and settings

Application Options:

Startup

Startup Action -->File New Dialog

Standard.ipt  <Create>

Save As dialog appears.

Go to manage tab and hit the Event Triggers button in the ilogic section..

In the "rules on event" section do you see any rules assigned to specific triggers.. (like new document,etc...)

Make sure to check not only the  This document tab but the others too..

Its highly likely that your cad manager/boss or whatever has created an ilogic rule to immediately prompt to saveas on the new document trigger..

I checked the Event Triggers and did not see anything that was editable that I could change. See picture.

What about the "this document" tab...and all the other tabs?

Thank you to mcgyvr and Cadmanto for looking into this with me.  After looking at what they were pointing out, it appeared that an add-in was hijacking the new File dialog.  I had the Xometry add-in for quoting start up with the Inventor load.  What this was doing was basically telling Inventor that the file had already changed and it needed to be saved.  Turning off that Add-in solved the problem.  

I have contacted Xometry with the issue and hopefully they'll write up a patch.   thank you again to mcgyver and Cadmanto and the forum for the support in solving this issue.
