I have a wheel center and did a quick analysis ,the Max stress obtained is 2.718MPa.Material of the wheel is Aluminum which has a yield strength of 276MPa. The safety factor = Yield strength/Max stress=276/2.718= 101.545. But Inventor say its 15 . Does any one know why?

By default Inventor only shows SF to 15 (anything above is obviously OK - so why show).

You can change the color bar from default to any range that you desire.
