Rse clone commander error in a drawing

I am getting the "rse clone commander" problem with a drawing I am working on when I try to copy a page from it into another drawings. The drawing appears fine, no red plus, and the assembly also appears fine, again with no red plus. 

Is there anyway to determine what file/constraint is causing the error? I have been working on this drawing for probably 3 weeks now with no unexpected crashes, yesterday I started getting this error and had 2 crashes. I have gone back through the work that was going on yesterday and I have found no issues. Clearly something is not right though...

Using Inventor 2018, DWG, in a Vaulted environment.

On the model associated to this drawing..  Have you done, a Manage/Rebuild All?

I did several rebuilds and fixed seemingly innocuous constraint errors. Deleted some old suppressed constraints and updated the mass on several parts that were needing it. The main assembly file rebuilt with no errors. I was able to save the assembly.

After fixing those seemingly small things (that have never cause problems like this before) the drawing lost the ability to save. After a few minutes of that Inventor crashed. I restarted my computer for good measure, and opened up my assembly (that was saved, and had no red plus) to this error. Yet when the assembly loads it has no red plus. It rebuilds fine, with no red plus or errors.

 

Now when I try to copy a sheet out of that file I see the same rse map conflict error...

This is the main drawing for my project, any help is really appreciated.

Years ago I remember troubleshooting an issue with a copy/paste of a drawing sheet like you have described but I can't find any information in what we did to resolve it.

Hi! I have seen this behavior before. There are two possibilities. 1) The drawing file is simply corrupted. Please attach it here and see if other forum members can open it. 2) The Design Data folder is corrupted or containing corrupted styles or incompatible styles. Take a look at the \Design Data\ folder. Is it compatible to the Inventor release you are running?

I am leaning towards file corruption. I can copy the views out of the bad dwg into a dummy drawing. From the dummy drawing I can copy the whole sheet and paste it into the bad dwg without the errors.

We are working through that process now to see if we can successfully "copy" each sheet that way.

Turns out that my drawing doesn't like the work planes I "included" on some of my sheets. Once I deleted the lines from including the planes I was able to successfully copy sheets into other drawings. 2018 doesn't seem to like projecting those lines and constraining sketch's to them... I was including building column planes onto my drawing, creating a sketch on that view and drawing the building column bubbles, then constraining those to the projected lines of my planes. Once I deleted the included lines from the planes I was able to copy the sheet.

I think the underling issue is something wrong with my model as I still cannot copy all of the parts out of my main assembly and paste them into another model. I did a "Save Copy As" of my main assembly and still have the issue. If I delete all of the constraints out of my main assembly I can copy over every part into a new assembly. As I have about 600 constraints it doesn't make sense for me to do that, and then go back and re-constrain everything. I am proceeding on with my main model as it is, which I don't like, but I have no way of pin pointing the error. 

Why can't the error tell me what part(s) or constraints are causing the clone commander to fail??
