Ring And Spur Gear Meshing problem

Hi, 
I am new to Inventor.
I have previously posted on here (Dec 2018) but I was not able to find a solution.
So I have rounded off my dimensions to make the calculations easier.
Could someone please help me out with this?
As in the photo,
The dimensions of the small Spur gear is 50mm in diameter.
The dimensions of the large Ring gear is 200mm (inner diameter).
The size of either gear can be changed to accommodate calculations for proper meshing of the gears.
I need to make the spur gear turn the ring gear.
The Ring gear will be screwed onto a ball bearing ring (second Photo)
The height of the teeth of 5mm to 7mm is good.
The size of these teeth can vary, I just didn't want the teeth to slip.
There is no fixed dimensions to these gears it is a project and I am having trouble figuring out how to set up the teeth height, number of teeth per inch.
This is not taken from real gears, it is for a project.
I am planning to use a 3D printer to produce these two gears.

Gear TPI , number of teeth will determine gear size.

The gear size will fix OD, ID and center distance.

Depends on the 3D printer you use, you should pick a gear size that is printable.

ie small teeth are bad for 0.4mm nozzle.

    Thank you for getting back to me.
I appreciate your time.
The XY precision is about 13 microns. It is a Ultimaker2.

My issue is not with the printer.
My issue is with:
"How do I enter the values into Inventor to properly set up my desired parameters within the 
"Spur Gears Component Generator" (under the GEARS Tab) box"?
Pineapple.law1972, this is why I am wanting to make the teeth of both the spur and ring gear to a height of 5mm to 7mm just in case that there are any inaccuracies within the 3D printer.

Some parameters I do know within Inventors Gear Generator are:
I know that the Spur gear is 50mm in diameter.
The ring gear internal diameter is 200mm.
That would give me a "center distance" of 75mm (center to center of when in contact).

Any help would be appreciated.

Try using a metric gear module of 2.5 and 20 teeth spur gear and a ratio of 4:1 should get you close. The tooth depth is around 5.6mm.

Don't forget that the tooth form that will be created in the model initially is a representation and not an accurate involute tooth so if you printed them off they would not mesh together. You need to export the real tooth profile and use that.

Precision is not a problem.

FDM nozzle size is.

0.4mm nozzle means you cannot print feature smaller then 0.4mm.

The tolerance information is the last screenshot is specifically to do with the backlash between the mating teeth. You can leave all that as is and see how well the mesh together.

Hi Mike Jones, 

Thank you for your help with understanding more about Spur and Internal Ring gears. 
I have entered the parameters that you suggested and I got it down to about 95% . 
Only a few more tweaks but so much further along than where I was.
