RFA export - material asignment

Hi,

I am attempting to export an Inventor .ipt file as a .rfa using the BIM exchange.  The model exports fine with all connectors working but when the file is opened in Revit, the shaded view is all black.  The "realistic" Shading follows the Inventor coloring but the "shaded" option is a black blob.  When I look at the materials in Revit, a "generic" material is created but the color does not match. (0,0,0 vs 191,191,191) Is there a trick to having the materials translate?

@arrakisman

What version of Inventor are you using?

If you do a realistic view of your part, does it look as expected?

Does your material/appearance use self illumination?

Thank you.

Bob,

The version of Inventor I am using is Inventor Professional 2015.  In realistic view in Revit the part looks fine.  The material is generic and black cast so there is no self illumination.

@arrakisman

A support case has been created so that I can contact you through that channel.

I will be requesting your RFA and a ZIP of a Pack and Go copy of your assembly.

Thank you.
