Revision Table on each new sheet

I created my custom .dwg template and placed a revision table on sheet #1.

I would like to have the revision table included on each new sheet I add.

I'm on 2013 currently and have used earlier version with a different firm that CAD Administrator made this possible.

I am working without using Vault.

are you using the revision block from inventor "annotate table" or are you creating one from scratch.

are you doing the full rev bloc just as on sht 1 or just a dwg no sht no and rev level. are yo tying to show each page with a different rev level rather than the whole drawing?

I'm trying for a full and unique revision table on each new sheet created with the ability to revise each sheet separate from any other in the drawing set.

I have a drawing template constructed with an Inventor revision table embedded in it, but when new sheets created the rev. table does not carry over like the border and TB. Does the rev. table need to be in the Drawing Resources folder? Is what I'm looking for possible or do I need to place the rev. table each time a new sheet is created?

I believe using active sheet should do what you want, but I would push you to keep your revision at drawing level not sheet level. The couple of places I've been that used sheet were always having problems (mistakes) with it.

Once your template sheet was finished did you push it to the "sheet formats" under drawing resources? If you did not right click on it and click on "create sheet format. that should solve your problem. You should have a first sht and a additional sht for each drawing format size in that file.

That get's me what I'm looking for. In the past I've only used Sheet Format to change sheet sizes, never created my own format. One small glitch, the Rev Table is inserted vertically in the master but when new sheets created it's placed in the horizontal orientation.

I'd rather have the ability to rev each sheet as changes come and keep the front sheet up as the "drawing set revision". You say "mistakes", I assume you mean user error?

I mean mistakes as the shop making mistake when confused and not looking at the rev letter in the title block to make sure its the latest and or confused by two different rev's on sheet, both sheet rev and dwg rev.

Didn't mean to imply anything, should have wrote "human error" as opposed to an Inventor problem.
I keep my cover sheet always on the latest rev and describe what sheet the revision takes place on in the cover rev table.
I guess there's no cure all plan when we humans are involved...
