- I have an assembly open
- I opened a part from the assembly.
- I "saved copy as" the part, to a new name.
- I started making changes to the original part, stopped, and closed the part without saving.
- I returned to the assembly, and the changes to the part are still there.
- I don't want to close the assembly, and reopen, as I had made other changes to the assembly before opening that part.
So what I expect Inventor to have is a function, that will "reload" the original part file. I would expect that function to be called "reload part" or "refresh part". And I would expect to find it by going to the browser tree, right clicking the part, highlighting "component", then it would show up in the list under "replace", or "replace all".
So is this a function that is in Inventor, and I just cant find it?
