I want to hide the hidden lines of parts marked as reference in BOM. How is this done?

Hi,
Below is a screenshot form Inventor 2017.
Edit view and check 'all bodies' as shown. That should do it.

Pick the lines, and then Right Mouse Button and select hidden

Do you just want to hide the lines behind other non-reference parts? If so why that could cause confusion as that not typical drafting practices..
But if thats what you want then you need to do as mdavis said above..
If you want to completely hide ALL lines of a reference part (so you don't see the reference parts in your drawing at all) then simple edit your view and set line style to "off"
