Radius Corner sheet metal

Good day everyone.

I am hoping someone can find that solution to make it in flat template out of that part. I had 

to do on autocad with lot of trial and error to get it right to bend up to weld the corner radius.

It all depends on what you want to achieve.
Are the collars actually supposed to have full fillets? Are you sure you can manufacture it?

 Yeah, we have been manufacturing it for years but the problem it not always 100% so I'm trying to improve it by using on Inventor. I forgot to take other photo of otherside of corner radius as it already on way to customer.
