QUESTION: How can l simulate the rotary draw bending process. l am using Autodesk Inventer 2015. l want to prove through simulation that l can bend a pipe at a certian centre line radius to produce a bend that has cosmetic perfection. 

The properties of the pipe: Material -Mild Steel

                                          Normianal Pipe Size - 1

                                          Out side diameter -33.4mm

                                          Schedule -80

                                          Bend angle - 180

                                          Centre line radius - 100mm

l also want to aminate the process after simulation. The process is on the video with the link provided below.q

if I understand correctly, Fatigue simulation is something you want. if so, please get the product Autodesk mechanical simulation and check with the Fatigue function.
