Punch preview doesn´t work

I was doing some comparisons between the 2021 and 2022 version and I have seen that the punch preview fails when selecting normal points.
Is this normal?
This does not happen when the positions are defined by center points. In this case, in both versions these points are automatically selected and the previews are shown as usual in previous versions.

Hi Francisco,

Many thanks for reporting the issue! It looks like a bug fixed in 2021.3 update late. The fix was supposed to be in 2022 RTM but it was too late. I will double-check with the team and see if the fix can be included in 2022.1 update (July).

Hi @Francisco_García,

I think I made a mistake assuming the bug was "fixed" in 2021.3 and a fix was on its way to 2022.1. The truth is that the defect is a regression in 2022 (reported as INVGEN-52913). We are investigating it further and see how we can address it in a timely manner. I am sorry for the confusion. I will be more careful next time.
