Product Request Code

Hi everyone

I have been up all night trying to get my request code but I can't...all I get after pressing the activate button is two dots thats it.

I have tried everything... and by everything I mean from the link on how to troubleshoot the problem. I tried creating scripts, decreased security levels, made huge space, try to edit that beginReg.html thingy etc. and still nothing. I am a registered student and I have a design project to do so can anybody help me...or jus send me that request code coz I can't do anything without it.

And I can't find the USReg.html document too. Please help.

What version of Inventor?

Have you found the knowledge base link to what to do if you get blank registration page (post the url here).

You seemed to be confused about code terms.

Serial Number and Product Code - found on the student community site and emailed to you.

Activation Request Code - generated and sent by your computer to Autodesk based on the two codes above and your particular mackine.

Activation Code - generated by Autodesk based on the three codes above and sent back to your computer (and emailed to you) to activate your license.

That is the link I used to try and solve the blank licensing page.

Well maybe I am... I do have the email with the product key and the product serial number.

Product request code is what I don't have as I need it to proceed with registration wether I request an activation code so I can do it manually or if I am doing it online. Basically my computer is unable to generate it, if it is then I can't see it nor the activation code...or should I change to something else like AutoCad coz I've tried every version of Inventor from 2013 til 2015.

Can't I find that request code anywhere else because I have been battling with this for a long time?

My instructor is not around currently.
