Problems With Insert Joint: Screw in Dynamic Simulation

Hey everyone

This is my first time posting here so apologies for anything I may miss out.

I am currently trying to use the screw joint command in dynamic simulation to pull one threaded block towards another as to raise a car jack but keep getting the error message "screw and nut axes are not parallel but cannot see where the issue lies and everything seems in the correct orientation to me.  The pitch I'm selecting also matches that on the M12 trapezoidal thread I have chosen. I am using inventor professional 2019 on windows 8.1.

I'm also a newbie when it comes to dynamic simulation so apologies if I don't understand instructions initially.

Many Thanks!

When you Attach your assembly - we can diagnose the issue.

It will be sometime tomorrow until I have a chance to create a video on finishing the assembly.

My work has to be submitted tomorrow so don't worry about it, you have been very helpful though. Greatly appreciated Jeffrey.
