problem with pattern of sweep

I'm trying to pattern Sweep6 and Extrusion6 along the X axis in my part and then refold it afterwards. But I'm having trouble with pattern part. Anyone care to take a look at the part attached

I changed the sweep to a new solid.

I used direct edit to extend the end instead of the extrusion.

Use combine to cut it.

I'd never expect, that this could be refolded at all.

Yes, I thought that. I deleted that and the flat pattern to get it working.
