Problem with mixing sketch with created part.

As I am completely new to Inventor, I hope someone in here knows how to deal with this problem:

I created the wheel in the submitted photo - I wanted to place the trapezius-shape (to the left of the wheel) in the middle of it by using "Start 2D Sketch" & then clicking the "XZ-plane" (the point is to use the "revolve" feature around the outer part of the circle). Last time I tried this it worked without a problem, but now the trapezius-shape is placed outside of the build-up part.

As I was sure that simply using the XZ-plane would automatically place my sketch inside of the wheel, I hope that anyone has some ideas on how I can make this work?

By the way; it is a school assignment 😉

This happened because your part was not created/sketched using the origin planes. Using your origins for your design is considered a good practice, as part of a technique many use called the "BORN" technique:
https://blogs.rand.com/files/the-born-technique.pdf

Inspect > measure the distance from center of the wheel to your XZ plane, then 3D model > Direct (under the Modify section of the ribbon) > Move and select your whole part's solid body, then pick the direction orthogonal to your new sketch and type in the distance you measured to bring your object back to center.
Alternatively, you could simply edit your sketches to draw your part centered around the origin planes, or, as a third option, right-click Sketch5 (on the browser left pane, but it cannot be activated) and "Redefine" your sketch onto a plane that cuts through the middle of your wheel (but that requires also that you have one generated there).
See if you can figure it out from that.
