Now you're really confusing me, an Inventor question in the AutoCAD group.
Here is my original suggestion, which works for Inventor.
Copy from the installation media:
\Content\DCLibrary\DesktopContents
Then extract and move them to this location:
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Inventor 2015\Content Center\Libraries\
