Hi guys

I don't know what happened but and I'm trying to solve this for some time.

When I'm attempting to create bolted connection "blind type " than on the first wall, everything is ok, but second have smaller size hole and small thread. I have never had this before .

Please look at the pictures.

It looks correct to me.

Can you attach your assembly here?

What is the correct tap-drill size for your fastener?

Do you have an M6 threaded hole or do you have an M5 threaded hole?

Do you have an M6 fastener or do you have an M5 fastener?

How much experience do you have with fasteners?

Q1. What is the diameter of your threaded fastener?

Q2. What is the correct tap-drill size for your fastener (do you know the answer to this question)?

Have you ever drilled and tapped a threaded hole yourself?

Can you attach your assembly here?

I'm ok with fasteners  Sir, give you one more example here, and  my assembly is too big to upload here.

Is that connection look fine for you?

For me not really

Only need three simple parts - two blocks and one fastener?
