I need to fix this and other step files.
I cut old bend radius and I need to add new R=0.060.
I’m using “bend” command, but for some reason it is not working.
See attached file
Please help.

Your cuts are too wide. See attached.

Personally, I'd remodel the new part over the old and delete the body....
would take minutes to do that way.

What you mean, that you remodel the new part over the old and delete the body....
What are the steps?

There are several ways to accomplish this.

1. Use the existing body planes to create new sketches, project the edges,
and offset the loops by the thickness of your material, which by the way is
not 0.060.

2. Create disconnected sheet-metal faces from each of the offset loops.

3. Add the bends and corner treatments.

This should create a completed sheet-metal model that will unfold.

Alternative method:

Do your edits in the construction environment.

I returned your imported geometry to original state and then used it to build part.
