Presentation .ipn export

I am trying to export the video from a presentation I have created and those are the issues I am facing:

- I can't change the resolution settings [frozen @ 72px/inch]

- I can't change the unit into the video resolution panel

- Once I go to select .avi -> not compressed, and I launch the rendering, I get a video that starts at the end of the presentation, and stops before the end of it.

I have tried to render selecting the beginning and the end in time of the storyboard, in the "video" menu. I have tried to check if in the File-> Options there is any weird setting that can explain that but, I couldn't find anything.

Anybody knows why is behaving this way?

Thanks

Elena

What Inventor version are you using?  The presentation interface changed in Inventor 2017 and we need to know what version you are using.

I am using 2017. The model is being built with 2017 too though... so I don't understand what's the problem. Also, I rendered the video once already like 6 months ago, and it worked fine.

The only thing I changed was the color in the option settings. I set up the background as "presentation" -> 1 color -> Light.

That's it.

Without seeing your model and IPN file its a little hard to troubleshoot this by words.  Can you share your information?  Can you create an Autodesk Screencast of your workflow and IPN settings.  If you are sharing we need all files related to the model and IPN.

Update: Have you changed those few items back to what it was when it worked 6 months ago?
