PMI Data to model part

Hello everyone,

Doing a Master Thesis on PMI Data and I am trying to find the options in Autodesk Inventor 2022 (I have the student version if it matters in my crusade) to add PMI Data like Flatness, Perpendicularity, Position, Roughness of a surface in Rz, Ra etc ... Image attached with Geometric characteristics.

A peer in my university showed me in Catia v5 an option named Tolerance Advisor that adds them. After that, when I create a universal Fileformat like Step 242 or .JT I can load it in Calypso which is a CMM Software and it can identify the above mentioned characteristics. (Not only Dimensions with +/- 0.01 mm.

Where can I find these Characteristics?

How can I add them while I design/create my Part? (I don't look to adding them on a Drawing/Design).

Thank you all in advance

I think your best bet is to use 3D annotations, which can be retrieved later in the drawing easily:
