Place/Edit Constraint dialogue box

Is there a setting to disable the dialogue box in the attached image from appearing?

If I have an assembly that needs lots of constraints fixing the last thing I need is lots of extra clicks to close a dialogue box that tells me nothing.

Clicking this box no longer helps for 2024. 

Is there anything new that can suppress the popup?

This doesn't seem to work in the 2025 release. Is there an option to disable this in another location?
