Perpendicular cut in the frame generator - Its not working for 2+ pipes

Hello, I have a problem with the Notch cut with perpendicular option. Im working on the Formula Student chassis and i have some complicate cuts for fiber laser with standing head and rotatit pipe.

So, first time using perpendicular cut for pipe A and B, it works. But after that i need second cut at the same end of the pipe, lets say pipe A, so on i need cut of pipe A to pipe C. And its not working.

Second image where is shown notch option, when i select the "perpendicular cut" it just keep loading and when it finishes, nothing happen. By clicking "done", when i open the pipe, its just classic Notch. Please help me.

Hi

If the automatic command does not work, you can do it manually:

Hello. Thanks for the answer. I have tried the option from the video, but im still not getting what i needs. Only the edges are cut and the other part isn't cut as well.

There is screenshot.

For the machine that i will use, the right way of cutting pipe is shown with red arrow. The option shown in the video, it has done just these smoll blue-edged rectangles and the rest of the surface is same as before. It wouldn't be a problem if we will do with grinder, but we are using the fiber laser machine and it can't move forward since there are two lines in the contact of the laser and pipe so the machine doesn't understand with conture should follow so it mixing and bugging.

Also here is shown the position of the laser at the strart, and the pipe is rotating since the head of the machine is fixed. So as you see, there are two edges and it can't start works.

If you follow the entire process shown in the tutorial, you will get the correct result.

Unfortunately i have done all the same process and i didn't get the result. There might be different for round pipes, since in the video the guy is using square pipes.

The video demonstrates operations on both rectangular and round profiles.

The method presented is a logical mathematical process and works in all cases.

Unfortunately, I don't know what you are doing or not doing, because you haven't attached any files or a recording of the operation, so I can't guess the reasons and point out any errors in your workflow.
