patterned rotary constraint

I have created a model of an HBM universal milling head that we have and I want to constrain the rotary axiis for the breaks to 360 degrees with a 2.5 degree resolution to reflect the actual movement of the head. How can I constrain a rotary axis to only snap to 2.5 degree points around an axis in an assembly model? Pack and go of assembly is attached. Any help is appreciated.

I don't have time right now to open and examine your model.  But I've attached a little demonstration assembly that snaps to 45° angles, using an angular constraint with resting position, coupled via a rotational constraint to the part needing the snap position.  This is Inventor 2023 format.
