Good to hear that you like the midplane option.

Can you elaborate on what crap actually means ? Is there some specific crap you want us to fix, or is the crap mentioned in the existing IdeaStation posts, the crap you refer to ?

In Australia we call garbage i.e. trash “crap” 😉

The fact that a mirrored component simply floats in space with no constraints to me renders the tool absolutely useless. Grounding the part after mirroring is not ideal, as if an assembly length, width etc changes the mirrored part stays in its grounded position. Useless!

As someone in the IdeaStation posts eluded to; Solidworks and ProE solved this problem years ago.
