Hey
in 2021 i can select a block from the browser, copy, and paste it into a new part file. in 2022, i cannot do that. Is this an intentional change?

I was able to do this by copying from within the block folder only, in 2022, but not if I select the block in the 3D view or in the node inside the sketch feature (in the browser):
You can paste the block with the methods in red though, if you have activated a sketch in the new part:

yes from the blocks folder only. Seems that if you shut down Inventor, shut down the PC, turn on and re-load inventor a couple of times, it works again 🙂
to be clear: i was opening the blocks folder, selecting a block, right clicking and selecting copy, going to the other part, right click the top level browser node and wanting to select paste but it wasnt there to click.
seems to be working again

FYI.... it works in 2020. Must be some type of bug with 2022.
No sketch activated: When I click "paste" it creates the "Block" node and puts the block in it.
Hi! Indeed, there was a bug in 2022 RTM version. This should have been fixed on 2022.1 and later updates. Please install 2022.2 and retry.
