Part List - Zero Total Mass of Sub-Assemblies when "All Level BoM" used

On the picture is the Part List of Assembly with 3 expanded Sub-Assemblies.
Why there is Zero Total Mass of these three Sub-Assemblies?

On the next picture is the same Part List Grouped by MATERIAL No.

Why there is Zero Total Mass of all Items?

Interestingly when put the assembly into New Drawing everything works fine.

Any ideas what could be wrong with current Drawing/Part List? How to purge the Part List from the drawing before to place the clear new one?

This could be a bug or something was not set right in the PartsList. Please share the files here. Forum experts can help take a look.
