Parameter math errors

I am using version 25.1.2 and just started having a problem with new parameters.  The math is not correct for example a simple illustration: 1/1=.393701 or 1*1= 2.54.  The other previously entered formulas are fine.  I tried in other parts and assembly and it is the same.

Hi Bob,

Inventor parameters are unit-enabled. This means each parameter always has a unit assigned unless it is set to be unitless. In your equation, you need to either set "trial" parameter to unitless or rewrite the equation to "test1/test2 * 1 in."

Bingo! You are the man! I wonder why I have never had this issue before. I have been using Inventor for 10 years after switching from SW, which I started in 1998. By the way, I have seen the help you have provided to many on this site, and you are a very valuable resource.
