no inferred constraints in 3D sketches Inventor 2017

I have installed Inventor 2017, all service packs, and I cannot get inferred constraints in 3D sketches.  Any ideas?

Unless I am blanking here, there are not inferred constraints in 3D sketches like there are in 2D sketches. You use the triad to define directions, or you can use the new "ortho mode" for 2017 to sketch at 90 degree angles.

Or are you referring to when you click on the plane that would represent say the XY plane and the inferred collinear constrain appearing to show you that you are sketching along the desired axis?

Can you post an image or video for what you are exactly referring to?

Hi! Yes, Infer Constraint is available in 3D Sketch. To enable it, look for the third button from the right at the bottom of the window. There are less inferrable constraints in 3D than in 2D. For example, it is fairly difficult to infer tangent in 3D space without aggressively moving sketch geometry. Parallel to origin axes and coincident are available. If you feel some other constraints should be inferrable, please let us know.

Many thanks!
