In addition to what everyone else said, there is a wealth of knowledge from past Autodesk University conferences, on a variety of subjects. These tend to be less tutorial and more demonstration of a specific feature or concept,... but still worth knowing about.

In addition to all the very helpful links above you can also check out the Tutorials in the Learning Path. In the Get Started tab there is a button called Learning Path that will take you through the basics of Inventor. Also if you have 2017 you can look at the new Tutorials Gallery by selecting Tutorials. This will have the same learning path tutorials that are already on the learning path and you can download new tutorials that Autodesk shares and play them right in Inventor. These new tutorials will be added to on a regular basis so check back every once in awhile to see if anything new has been shared.
