NEW FILE DROP DOWN MENU DIFFERENT FROM CREATE MENU

Dear people, 

I have got a problem and don't know where to search. My drop down menu to create a new file is different from the create new file menu. 

All the templates we use are called standard. So that shouldn't be the problem. Also my default file locations are correct in the application options.

If you have the file location for the default templates set correctly then it should still start by using them.  There is no way that I have found to change the wording on the drop down or fly out.
