Need help whit Constrain!

Hi, I have built a fishing reel and I am now working on the constraints for the parts that move. If you know how a fishing rod works I really need your help since I can't figure out how to get the centerpiece (Line spool) that holds the line to be able to go back and furth when rotating the handle (Handel body). 

When turning the handle of the fishing rod the centerpiece (Line spool) that holds the line moves back and forth to collect the line evenly from the spinning bail.
